Heart & Soul

At our first gathering we acknowledged the wealth of expertise and creativity already existing in the town and surrounding villages.

We would love to welcome you all at our gatherings and events. Your ideas & input will always be appreciated. A small donation to cover costs and to boost the Environment Group funds will be our only charge for admission.
At the present time we envisage including the following in our participation activities:

1. To bring joy
• Singalongs/dancealongs, art & craft, skill-sharing, celebrations


2. To inspire
• Speakers, discussions, films


3. To bring peace
• i) A support & listening service for anyone in distress
• ii) Group awareness & growth work, listening skills, community building
• iii) Massage, healing


4. Times for quiet contemplation/meditation
• will take place on an ongoing basis.

Our wish is to bring together all people of all ages to face the future, and all it may bring, together. We hope to further enhance an already strong sense of community in the town.
